Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking an assistant to the Sales & Marketing Manager to service all in-house Suntrustees (sellers) and streamline transactions related to sales activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and at least 1 year of corporate or sales admin experience in real estate, with strong proficiency in computer applications within a Manila-based office.

Responsibilities

• Processes accreditation of new sales agents and renewal.
• Facilitates concerns of In-House such as but not limited to sales booking, sales & marketing activities, training, etc.
• Facilitates other admin concerns related to Training, Sales Operations and general operations of the site office.
• Assists the Sales & Marketing Manager in the implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Does general coordination of all initiatives concerning in-house Suntrustees (sellers).
