Job summary

DM Legal in Mumbai seeks an Associate – Litigation in Real Estate to join its Litigation team in Fort Office & Borivali Office. The role demands 3+ years of experience in litigation, arbitration, advisory and real estate disputes, with strong drafting, court appearances, and client handling.

You will work on commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency matters, and manage matters independently while interfacing with clients and opposing counsels to drive favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation and related disputes.
• Strong experience in arbitration and advisory work.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings and court filings.
• Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; client interaction ability.
• Fluency in Marathi is required.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
