The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in metro or railway projects, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing signalling, power supply, and trackwork installations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in installation works, ideally in metro or railway projects.
• Multidisciplinary experience across more than one area is advantageous.
• Experience in coordinating direct labor and subcontractors on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of trackside signalling equipment.
• Manage low- and medium-voltage works within substations.
• Supervise all trackwork activities, including rail installation.

Skills

Proficient in cable containment, pulling, termination

Competent in handling and testing low- and medium-voltage substation equipment

Effective in planning and meeting project deadlines

Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Leads and motivates teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
