Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and other departments regarding service schedules and technical concerns.
• Complete service reports, inspection checklists, and warranty documentation accurately.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, PCBs, sensors, and refrigerant piping.
• Explain equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and proper usage to customers.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
