Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to perform daily and monthly transactions with the general ledger system, and to manage reconciliations.

You will support automation of reporting, assist with period close, journal entries, and financial analysis within the Record to Report and general accounting processes, on-site in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig or Alabang, with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in Record to Report / General Accounting, including transaction processing and closing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang and to take full RTO night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system.
• Manage and execute monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify accuracy.
• Assist with automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
• Work under the Finance and Accounting business services group and deliver activities relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.
• Perform tasks related to: Journal Entries
• Perform reconciliations
• Handle Treasury / Cash Management
• Support Period Close
• Handle Monthly Standard Activities
• Quality Assurance
