Job summary

FEU is seeking a capable specialist to develop and manage testing procedures and quality control within its manufacturing and product development segments for Mfg. Test Engineering.

The role requires coordinating tests, calibrating equipment, documenting results, reporting to stakeholders, and supporting training and technical infrastructure across the organization.

You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure specifications are met and to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Develop testing procedures and guidelines for testing programs and conditions.
• Calibrate test equipment and evaluate validity of test results.
• Coordinate tests at defined quality control stages in manufacturing and product development.
• Communicate specifications or requirements with stakeholders.
• Draft test reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support engineers in design, realization, and implementation of processes or technical infrastructure.
• Plan and train affected parts of the organization.
• Provide local subject matter expertise and technical support.
• Perform assembly, installation, programming, testing and documenting results of technical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing procedures and guidelines, drafting proposals for testing programs and conditions.
• Ensure test equipment calibration and evaluate validity of test results.
• Manage, coordinate, or perform tests at defined quality control stages in manufacturing and product development.
• Communicate with stakeholders when specifications or requirements are not met.
• Draft test reports, discuss findings, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support Engineers in design, realization, and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure.
• Execute documentation and planning of training for affected parts of the organization.
• Provide local subject matter expertise and technical support.
• Perform sophisticated assembly, installation, set-up, structured programming, testing, and documenting results of assigned modules or parts of technical infrastructure.
