Job Description

The R&D Mechanical Engineer will support the design, development, prototyping, and testing of mechanical and thermal systems, with a focus on dual-phase immersion cooling technology. The role involves applying mechanical engineering principles to develop, test, and improve innovative products while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals – Basic knowledge of mechanical design, materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and engineering principles.
• CAD & Engineering Design – Basic knowledge of CAD software, mechanical drawings, measurements, and design documentation is an advantage.
• Simulation & Analysis – Familiarity with CFD, FEA, thermal analysis, or engineering simulation tools is a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on Experience – Academic projects, internship/OJT, laboratory work, prototyping, testing, or other hands-on engineering activities are an advantage.
• Problem-Solving – Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve basic engineering problems.
• Technical Learning – Willing to learn mechanical design, thermal systems, immersion cooling, prototyping, testing, and new engineering technologies.
• Documentation – Able to understand and prepare basic technical drawings, specifications, measurements, BOMs, and engineering reports.
• Teamwork & Communication – Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other departments.
• Hands-on & Adaptability – Open to working on prototypes, conducting tests, troubleshooting designs, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
