Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking a cost controller to prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts. You will monitor expenditures, identify cost variances, prepare regular cost reports, and administer contracts and supplier agreements to ensure alignment with budgets and policy.

You will also evaluate quotations, assist procurement, manage variations and change orders, certify claims and progress payments, maintain commercial records, and support project

• Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
• Evaluate quotations and assist in the procurement process.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and contract requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Assess and certify contractor and supplier claims.
• Evaluate completed works and verify progress payments.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Prepare commercial reports for project and management review.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Support project audits and commercial reviews
• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact project costs.
