Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a specialist to support its Product Stewardship Program, applying chemical and regulatory knowledge to materials used in semiconductor products.

You will work with Assembly Engineering, EHS, ESG, and suppliers to ensure compliance with US/EU regulations and industry standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in environmental/chemical disciplines, 2+ years in electronics manufacturing, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, chemical, sustainability, materials or related engineering discipline
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Experience in global cross-functional teams using a QMS approach to drive improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and issue resolution
• Working knowledge of electronic materials, substance content, and regulated substances in electronic products
• Ability to interpret and apply substance and product regulations to evaluate environmental attributes of materials and products
• Knowledge of European and Circular Economy Directives
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal cross-functional groups on substance, material, and product compliance reviews.
• Apply US/EU regulations and industry standards (TSCA, CAL PROP65, RoHS, REACH, etc.) for program improvements.
• Engage with material library projects on current/future substances of concern and regulatory topics.
• Translate regulatory requirements and communicate internally to supply chain and Quality processes.
• Support customer inquiries as a technical resource and prepare industry-standard reporting formats.
• Engage suppliers to validate regulatory compliance of materials.
• Support data and reporting improvements across material and product data processes.
