Job summary

Accenture PLC in Manila is seeking a Quality Engineer to own Salesforce testing within multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests, support automation strategies, and mentor colleagues while coordinating data and environment configurations. Collaboration across teams and ongoing defect monitoring drive continuous improvement throughout the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Testing experience.

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Summary:As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role includes continuous testing activities across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The individual supports automation efforts by developing strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring helps drive ongoing improvements throughout the testing lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the project.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing clear documentation and recommendations for resolution.
• Excellent understanding of data management and environment configuration to support testing activities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
