Advanced Energy is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to drive manufacturing quality through data analysis, corrective actions and process improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and product transfer, resolve quality issues, and improve yield and reliability across products.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and a year of quality engineering experience, with strong knowledge of QA tools and ISO TL9000/9001 standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1+ year in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality, electronics/EMS preferred.
• Familiar with QA tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, MSA.
• Experience supporting NPI, product transfer, and manufacturing ops.
• Strong data analysis and quality reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, TL9000, and quality mgmt systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions.
• Lead Yield/OATF and QIP meetings.
• Review MRB, RMA, ECO, ePBR, LRS, WIS documents.
• Prepare regular quality reports and deliverables.
• Support NPI handover and product transfer activities.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and containment actions.
• Generate data for TL9000 and other certification bodies.
