Job summary

Square Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks a QC Inspector in Carmona, Cavite to inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished goods for defects and deviations, document results, and aid process improvements in a GMP manufacturing environment.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering, familiarity with GLP and cGMP, calibration of QC equipment, and knowledge of UV-Vis spectrophotometry are a plus; candidates should be detail-oriented and able to

Qualifications

BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering graduate.
Preferably with experience in Laboratory or manufacturing.
Familiar with GLP and cGMP.
Knowledge in UV-vis Spectrophotometry operation and basic laboratory technique is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects and deviations from specifications.
Document inspection results and provide detailed reports to help improve processes.
Ensure regulatory compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing process.
Maintain QC equipment and regularly calibrate tools used in quality inspections.
Implement corrective actions to improve product quality and prevent future defects.
