Job summary

Weave Solutions, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Internal Audit Associate to strengthen our quality and information security programs.

You will conduct internal audits across software development, software delivery, managed services, HR, Finance, Admin, Sales and Business Development, helping ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will prepare audit documentation and reports, monitor corrective actions, oversee document control and versioning in SharePoint, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in related fields (CS/IT/IE/BA/QM).
• 1–2 years in internal auditing, QA/Management, document control, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits across departments (software development, software delivery, managed services, HR, Finance, Admin, Sales, and BD).
• Prepare audit documentation and reports, and monitor corrective actions until closure.
• Manage document control requests, version control, and the SharePoint repository.
• Support Quality, Information Security, and Compliance programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and other quality management activities.
