Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst with strong Wealth Management experience to drive quality control, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

The role combines advisory SME functions with hands-on QA to support wealth clients and advisors in a fast-paced environment. You will lead QC initiatives, supervise teams, coach colleagues, and maintain accurate client records in CRM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related roles (e.g., Relationship Manager, Private Banking, Investment/Financial Planning).
• Solid understanding of quality control processes and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and issue resolution support to Wealth clients and advisors through phone and electronic channels.
• Serve as an SME on banking products, processes, policies, and programs.
• Handle complex client concerns and transactions while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Process time-sensitive wire requests and agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build strong working relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends and provide insights through data, reporting, and client interactions.
• Lead and support process improvement and business enhancement projects.
• Coach and support teammates through training, knowledge sharing, and floor support.
• Maintain accurate client records and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, and service level targets.
• Support flexible business schedules as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management, including roles such as: Relationship Manager, Private Banking, Investment/Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Investment Consulting
• Quality Control (QC) and supervisory experience.
• Candidates with strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of banking/wealth products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and client management skills.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is highly preferred.
