PwC Acceleration Center Manila is hiring a Quality Assurance/Test Lead/Manager to guide software engineering efforts across our Internal Firm Services. You will design, code, test, and validate applications that enable digital transformation, while leading a team to deliver high-quality results and exceptional user experiences.

You will drive ATDD adoption, manage API integrations, and oversee full software lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in QA/test leadership roles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

As a Quality Assurance/Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm by identifying opportunities and developing skills outside your comfort zone.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
