• Perform dimensional checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Collect samples and perform laboratory tests (if applicable), such as material testing, performance testing, or chemical analysis.
• Accurately document inspection and test results, noting any deviations or defects.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products. Assist in the investigation of quality issues and participate in problem-solving activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
• Ensure that work areas and testing equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• May assist in training production personnel on quality standards and procedures.
