Our Operations Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila with the role of Quality Assurance Reviewer.

In this role you will conduct pre‑audit, unannounced assurance, and special reviews of store and cash center operations to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls. Provide reliable, data‑driven insights to store management to strengthen risk management and ensure efficient and effective operations.

What The Role Will Entail

• Perform special and fraud‑related reviews of store and cash center operations to assess risks, control gaps, and operational weaknesses.
• Evaluate internal controls related to cash handling, inventory, sales, and daily operations for design and effectiveness.
• Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations teams to recommend corrective actions and support timely issue remediation and process improvement.
• Assume temporary branch leadership during Service Manager absences, ensuring compliance, secure cash management, accurate reporting, and service continuity.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience (5 years) in bank operations review, internal audit, quality assurance, risk management, or a similar role, preferably within a retail or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment frameworks, governance, and banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data trends.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to present clear findings to various management levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), knowledgeable in retail banking operations and cash handling, and willing to travel for unannounced reviews.
