Responsibilities

• Manages the incoming inspection of Packaging Materials to ensure manpower cost efficiency and effectivity of this activity. Signs the return order of rejected deliveries of PM
• Manages equipment issues to maximize equipment uptime & minimize equipment downtime
• Manages Customer Complaints, Root cause Analysis & Resolution. Recommends and takes preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
• Plans & coordinates with Warehouse team to ensure semi-finished goods and packaging materials are available to support production
• Manages the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), ISO Compliance of Blending Plant and all Warehouse Locations nationwide.
• Manages the HSSE Function: Pollution Control Officer, ISO 14000, Permits.
• Manages other assignments and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• College graduate with bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
• In-depth understanding in Quality Assurance strategies, principles and dynamics.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in corrugated box manufacturing.
• Basic Sensory Evaluation Skills and GMP/HACCP Training.
• Good Leadership and people-handling skills.
• Physically and mentally fit, assertive, pro-active, open-minded, with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Graduate of Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• More than 5 years' experience in QA/QC and Production inspection at managerial level in a manufacturing/packaging environment.
• Thorough experience and knowledge in methodologies and standards of packaging/production materials.
• Proficient in ISO 9001, 14001 and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Adept in numerical skills, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Preferably living or near in CARMONA CAVITE.
• Must be willing to render Mon‑Sat work schedule.
• Experience in corrugated box manufacturing is a plus.

Workplace is in Sterling Technopark, Silang Cavite
