Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent computer and digital skills, with the ability to quickly learn and work with different systems and tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage and review information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it remains effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor QMS performance to verify compliance with certification standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Collect, analyze, and report key quality metrics related to customers, suppliers, and internal operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate industry-best practices and recommend QMS improvements to leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Assist in executing quality improvement initiatives aligned with the annual operating plan and long-term strategic goals.
• Promote and reinforce customer requirements and quality expectations across all departments to ensure consistent understanding and alignment.
• Deliver process and quality improvement training to employees as needed to support continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain, revise, and control quality system documentation to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance with QMS standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to collect customer-required compliance documentation, including REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Buy America, TSCA, Proposition 65, NAFTA/COO, and related regulatory artifacts.
• Collect, track, and manage supplier certifications, surveys, and quality documentation, ensuring supplier approval status is accurately maintained in the system.
• Complete customer supplier surveys through email or online portals, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required information. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Perform duties to AS/ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications.
