Role details

Role: Quality Assurance Senior Analyst

Schedule: Mon-Fri, dayshift, and mid-shift

POSITION/ROLE SUMMARY

The person will participate in quality improvement programs and contribute heavily in areas related to continuous process improvement. The position reports to the R&Q Manager.

• Conduct R&Q review of work requests on a sampling basis and document adverse feedback received from Engagement Teams
• Identify process improvements based on trends from previous R&Q reviews
• Discuss issues found with the R&Q Leader on a regular basis to relay details to the respective departments of clients
• Maintain and monitor databases for findings and samples gathered
• Ensure monthly reports or scheduled reports are provided on time
• Act as a reviewer of all data gathered for reporting
• Present reports or findings to the R&Q leaders or stakeholders in the absence of line managers
• Assist in providing/preparing data for R&Q reports
• Support leadership teams to develop and expand continuously

Qualifications

Educational Background: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy

• Essential Requirements: At least 3 years of meaningful experience in Internal Audit and/or External Audit
• CPA certification is a must
