Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the QA Supervisor during production runs, lab analyses, and testing activities.

The role focuses on conducting physical and microbiological analyses, verifying sampling methods, maintaining lab readiness, and assisting with product release decisions. You will collaborate with multiple departments to uphold GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably fresh graduate).
• Physico-chemical and Microbiological laboratories experience or exposure.
• Manufacturing set-up work environment.
• Risk assessment and strict adherence to lab rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods per sampling plan and specifications.
• Ensures proper sampling techniques for evaluation of materials, utilities, and equipment.
• Monitors maintenance of laboratory equipment and availability of reagents and supplies.
• Responsible for checking and assessing whether products may proceed to factory release.
• Trouble-shoots customer complaints and non-conformance issues via investigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinates and supports audits and ensures compliance to Quality Plan, oPRP Plan, HACCP Plan and documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
