• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and product owners to refine testing processes.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance standards and testing methodologies.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as intended after updates or patches.
