Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines invites applications for a Quality Analyst - Process based at Davao Plant II, Darong. The role ensures quality and integrity of incoming materials, water, syrup, and final syrup per Coca-Cola standards and Philippines laws.

Required are science degrees with appropriate licenses, QA/QC experience in food/beverage or pharma, familiarity with ISO systems, and strong MS Office skills; willing to work in Davao del Sur.

Qualifications

• University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, microbiology, biology or food technology.
• Licensed chemist or licensed chemical technician preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC in food/beverage or pharmaceutical settings is a plus.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 systems.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position exists to ensure the quality and integrity of (1) incoming materials, (2) water, (3) simple syrup, and (4) final syrup being received by or treated/processed within the Plant for use in the manufacturing of Coca-Cola Products in accordance to the requirements and specifications set by the (a) Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, (b) Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (c) applicable International Standards, and (d) laws and regulations of the Philippines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must attain any of the following University Degree:
  • BS Chemistry (must be a Licensed Chemist or a Licensed Chemical Technician)
  • BS Biochemistry (must be a Licensed Chemist or a Licensed Chemical Technician)
  • BS Chemical Engineering (must be a Licensed Chemical Technician)
  • BS Microbiology (must be a Licensed Chemical Technician)
  • BS Biology Major in Microbiology (must be a Licensed Chemical Technician)
  • BS Food Technology / Food Engineering (must be a Licensed Chemical Technician)
• Preferably with experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control from the following:
  • Food / Beverage Manufacturing Industry
  • Pharmaceutical Industry
  • ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory
• Preferably familiar to:
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
  • Laboratory Management System
• Other requirements:
  • Must have presentation skills and must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Must be able to demonstrate good laboratory techniques.
  • Must have efficient color-vision.
  • Must have exceptional personal hygiene;
• Willing to be assigned in Davao Plant II, Darong, Davao del Sur
