Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a Quality Analyst - Internal to review and audit healthcare-related data and transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and data integrity across patient demographics, medication refills, and clinical notes.

The candidate will analyze QA data, participate in training-related activities, and collaborate to implement corrective actions in a fast-paced healthcare environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of data entry experience in healthcare.
• Familiar with HIPAA and patient data handling.
• Familiarity with billing and coding in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• No behavioral or attendance issues in the last 6 months.
• No IRs in the last year.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit recorded communications (transaction).
• Provide process recommendations based on QA top drivers.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions for QA standards.
• Compile and analyze QA data for TNA, historical data, and forecasting.
• Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency-based training, ASSURE, and GROW-based Coaching (preferred).
• Conduct regular audits of patient demographic data for accuracy and completeness.
• Review medication refill data, ensuring correct patient details and prescriptions.
• Read, interpret, and verify clinical notes to align with patient data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and local health data regulations.

• Review and audit recorded communications (transaction)
• Provide process recommendation(s) based on the QA top drivers
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze QA data for TNA, historical data, and forecasting
• Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency-based training, ASSURE, and GROW-based Coaching (preferred but not required)
• Conduct regular audits of patient demographic data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review medication refill data, ensuring correct patient details, prescriptions, and dosage information are entered.
• Read, interpret, and verify clinical notes to ensure alignment with patient data and entries.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and relevant local laws in the handling of patient data.
