Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a diligent Civil Engineering graduate to support procurement, budgeting, and project documentation at sites in NCR and provincial areas. The role emphasizes coordinating with suppliers, preparing estimates and reports, and assisting senior engineers in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have 1–2 years of construction experience, willing to be deployed to NCR and provincial sites, with licensure in civil engineering.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree required with licensure.
• 1–2 years construction experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to be deployed to NCR and provincial sites.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of construction materials and related items.
• Prepare estimates, proposals and quotations for value engineering works.
• Monitor materials, budgets and expenses on a regular basis.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Handle billings from sub-con and trades.
• Assist in producing project expenses reports and KPI materials.
• Support senior engineers in daily tasks.
• Create and monitor master schedule; track progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for office transactions and activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles Procurement of construction material;
• Handles estimate, proposals and quotation for value engineering works;
• Regular Monitoring of Materials, budget, expenses;
• Coordinate with Suppliers regarding deliveries;
• Handles billings from sub-con and trades;
• Generate or assist in the making of regular project expenses reports, materials monitoring KPIs. Etc and other reports required by other departments.
• Assist higher level engineers in daily work load;
• Creates master schedule and monitor progress and delays;
• Ready documents for all office activities;
• Prepares necessary documents for office transactions;
• Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering preferably licensed.
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in construction works.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be deployed in NCR and provincial sites.
