Job summary

Based on Scientia Inc. in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking an on-site, full-time professional with 1-3 years' experience and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities include assisting in the development, implementation and management of proposals and projects; researching and analyzing information for project success; monitoring internal processes for quality; and handling non-conformity reports and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably BS in Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development, implementation and management of proposed recommendations and projects.
• Researches, studies and analyzes related information required for the success of projects handled.
• Assists in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products and services.
• Manages non-conformity reports, monitors their resolution plans, and assists in the implementation, recording and evaluation of the said plans and actions.
