Job summary

All Natural Coco Products, Inc. in Negros Oriental is seeking a QC Analyst to perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing, operate and maintain equipment, and document results accurately.

You will identify deviations, report non-conformities, coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments, manage chemicals and inventory, assist in training staff on SOPs, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician preferred.
• At least 3 months of laboratory experience or training.
• Fast learner, independent, and team‑oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing following standard procedures.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Accurately document test results, observations, monitoring records, and reports.
• Identify and report deviations or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Terminal, and other departments as needed.
• Manage laboratory chemicals, supplies, and equipment inventory in accordance with safety requirements.
• Assist in training new laboratory staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Participate in relevant training and perform other laboratory or administrative duties as assigned.
