Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with the Company’s Integrated Management System.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project quality procedures and guidelines.
• Review contractors’ quality documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish project quality deliverables and monitor progress against milestones.
• Review and verify EPC Contractor's detailed design deliverables.
• Practice and promote value engineering during design and construction.
• Monitor contractor implementation of approved quality plans through site surveillance.
• Ensure execution of approved ITPs for site and factory acceptance tests.
