Johnson Audio and Video Electronics Corporation is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee the QA/QC team in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure effective execution of QA/QC activities, monitor production outcomes, and maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field, 2–5 years in QA/QC, experience with ISO audits, data analysis, and CAPA implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO quality audits, inspections, and assessments.
• Data collection, analysis, and reporting of yield and defects.
• Hands-on with QC tools, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CAPA processes to resolve quality issues.
• Cross-functional coordination with production, engineering, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and manufacturing compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the QA/QC team and ensure effective QA/QC execution.
• Generate and update daily yield reports to track production outcomes.
• Monitor QC equipment calibration, functionality, and compliance.
• Investigate quality issues using data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Oversee rework activities for defective products per quality standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections of processes, materials, and systems.
• Prepare performance and yield reports for management review.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on quality concerns to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering to improve efficiency.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of all QC equipment.
