Job summary

World Class Laminate Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer for an on-site role in Pasig. The position requires 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

The role focuses on maintaining QMS documentation, quality checks, and coordination of document control procedures. You will act as shift-in-charge when the QAQC Supervisor/Manager is unavailable and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing quality problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and/or Chemistry/Chemical Technician graduate.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and QMS

Responsibilities

• Facilitates proper documentation in the creation and updating of QMS documents as needed.
• Review and update all documents for maintenance and quality control.
• Keeps other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
• Maintains updated records of all approved documents across various departments.
• Coordinates all activities related to Document Control Procedures.
• Prepares Quality Inspection Reports: MIR-Boards, IQC-MIP, and IQC-EBT.
• Ensures the timely updating of Quality Checks of all products in the ODOO system.
• Acts as shift-in-charge interacting with the external and internal in the absence of the QAQC Supervisor and QAQC Manager.
• Provides technical assistance for understanding quality standards and solutions to manufacturing quality problems as needed.
• Prepares purchase and/or service requisition for approval as needed.
• Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
