Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Analyst – Helpdesk to monitor and improve the quality of customer support interactions. The role collaborates with Helpdesk Agents, Team Leaders, and Operations to drive continuous service improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in QA or helpdesk roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ticketing platforms. The position emphasizes data-driven coaching and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
The Quality Analyst – Helpdesk is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of helpdesk support provided to customers and end users. This role ensures that support interactions meet established quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), processes, and customer experience expectations.
The Quality Analyst will work closely with Helpdesk Agents, Team Leaders, and Operations Management to identify performance gaps, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the support organization.
Monitor and evaluate helpdesk interactions, including calls, chats, emails, and tickets, based on established quality standards and scorecards.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to support processes, policies, and procedures.
Assess interactions for accuracy, professionalism, communication, troubleshooting effectiveness, and customer experience.
Ensure proper documentation and categorization of tickets and customer interactions.
Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Coaching & Feedback
Provide timely, objective, and constructive feedback to Helpdesk Agents based on quality evaluations.
Partner with Team Leaders to identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps.
Support calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of quality standards across the team.
Track improvement plans and follow up on identified quality concerns.
Prepare and maintain regular quality reports, including QA scores, trends, compliance results, and key findings.
Analyze quality data to identify recurring issues and root causes affecting customer experience or operational performance.
Present insights and recommendations to Operations and Management.
Track quality performance against established targets and KPIs.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to helpdesk workflows and procedures.
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other relevant teams to address recurring quality issues.
Participate in the development and enhancement of QA scorecards, audit guidelines, and quality standards.
Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, productivity, and overall service quality.
Ensure Helpdesk Agents follow company policies, client requirements, security procedures, and data protection standards.
Escalate critical quality, compliance, or customer-impacting issues appropriately.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or Quality Assurance.
Experience in a quality monitoring or QA role within a helpdesk, contact center, or IT support environment is preferred.
Working knowledge of helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and customer support best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process and performance gaps.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and support teams.
Experience creating or maintaining QA scorecards.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management practices.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
Experience with reporting and data analysis.
