TP ICAP seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join an Agile delivery team in the Philippines. The role emphasizes test planning, automation, API and UI testing, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and coverage across products and platforms.

You will work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and other QA engineers to design tests, ensure quality, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with a shift-left mindset. The position is hybrid with three onsite days in BGC.

Formación

• 2–5 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• Experience executing manual and automated testing within Agile teams.
• Proficient in UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr).
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar languages.
• Knowledge of API testing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (GitLab, TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases, plans and evidence.
• Understanding SDLC principles and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted tooling for testing and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to test planning, design and execution within Agile delivery teams.
• Develop, execute and maintain automated UI, API and integration tests.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to define acceptance criteria.
• Support BDD and TDD practices in the team.
• Identify, document and track defects to resolution.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory tests.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve test design and automation.
• Monitor test results and report quality metrics and progress.
• Assist in performance, load and non-functional testing activities.
• Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure successful delivery.
