We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team at Katecs Industries Philippines Inc. in LISP 1 Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and end products.

What you’ll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures
2. Conducting rigorous testing and inspections at all stages of the manufacturing process
3. Analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement
4. Coordinating with customers on product development, technical concerns, and complaint resolution
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
6. Documenting and reporting on quality metrics and KPIs
7. Staying up to date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
8. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control measures

What we’re looking for

1. A degree in Engineering is preferred, or equivalent
2. Experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
3. Thorough understanding of quality management systems, tools and methodologies
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
