Job summary

Precision Die Casting Technology Corporation in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a QA Leader to head the QA team, develop and maintain QA processes, and ensure product quality across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations, conduct audits, define KPIs, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement while upholding industry standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering background or related field.
• Experience in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including QA engineers, testers, and analysts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards across the organization.
• Design and oversee product testing procedures to ensure high quality and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, working closely with product and development teams to resolve them.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure QA performance and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and Operations to ensure quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysisfor defects and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Plan and execute internal audits and participate in external audits as needed.
• Develop training materials and mentor QA team members for continuous improvement.
