The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of QA experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology or equivalent).
• 1–2 years related working experience preferred.
• Experience in QA testing, audits, and food safety compliance (GMP, HACCP, FSSC) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform swabbing, CCP monitoring, and in-process inspections for food safety and sanitation.
• Identify, document and report deviations; initiate product holds and support disposition of non-conforming goods.
• Maintain QA records and documentation (GMP, HACCP, CAPA, NCRs, etc.).
• Conduct audits, support inspections, and assist in regulatory and customer audits.
• Prepare samples, reports, and KPI updates for management review.
• Support training, inventory control, and safeguarding of QA-held products.

Position Overview

QA Assistant with experience in food production, logistics, quality assurance, laboratory testing, and food safety compliance. Skilled in supporting production operations, conducting quality checks and audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC, HACCP, and GMP. Committed to maintaining product quality, safety, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing of raw, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
