Job summary

Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems Inc. in Makati is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant. The role focuses on ensuring procedures and products meet established quality standards, comply with applicable regulations, and satisfy customers.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS in Office Management or any 4 year Business Courses.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Has basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

Quality assurance assistants work with other staff to make sure procedures and products adhere to established quality standards, maintain legal compliance, and satisfy customers.
This position usually works in-office, but often involves moving around the business site, including to the manufacturing floor.
These assistants typically report to the quality assurance manager and, depending on the size of the company, usually work on a team.
