Job summary

Seven Seven Corporate Group is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead a dedicated testing team in Manila. You will ensure adherence to SDLC and TCOE processes, guide testers, and coordinate with units to report status and metrics.

You will identify risks, plan mitigations, prioritize testing activities, manage resources and budgets, and drive testing improvements while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing an independent Testing Team for projects/AMS/Production Support.
• Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation.
• Experience in creating Resource Management: Capacity and Demand Management.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TCOE Test Process
• Provide guidance on Testers, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process
• Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units
• Identify Risks and mitigation plan
• Prioritizes testing activities to ensure delivery of commitments
• Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit
• Plan, control and implement testing processes
• Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities
• Handle schedule, budget and overall test efforts
• Set quality metrics and ensure team meets the set metrics
• Identify skills requirement of the team, identify training needs
