Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines seeks a Reliability Lab Engineer to lead REL monitoring activities at the Calamba facility. You will oversee REL monitoring, evaluate hold lots or line issues, and drive qualification lots through the process with effective reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and at least 3 years in a related lab, with hands-on REL machines experience and strong MS Office reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reliability lab.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Knowledge of REL machines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the REL monitoring team.
• Know and understand the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots.
• Load and unload different REL machines.
• Perform legwork assigned without supervision.
• Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation.
• Prepare and provide reports.
• Communicate with internal customers.
• Prepare loading plans.
• Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval.
