Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation seeks a capable software engineer to design and build modular server-side API scripting applications. You will work in an agile/scrum environment under minimal supervision and deliver functional/technical solutions to bridge digital gaps for a business group.

Role requires strong database management skills, NodeJS/Python experience, and AWS services familiarity. Travel to various project sites and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient with major relational databases and Odoo integration.
• Experience in building modular server-side API scripting applications.
• Fluent in English and able to travel to project sites.

• Manage code with an understanding of maintainability which documentation is a must.

  • MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • Odoo
  • JavaScript (NodeJS)
  • Python 2.x and up (Django, Flask)
  • AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Cache, VPC, Cloud Watch, IAM, SNS)
  • AWS Lambda is a plus
• Has a great understanding in database management and interpretation
• Front-end development is a plus
• Team player, service oriented and possess a “can do” attitude
• Physically fit, may require travel to different project sites and must be fluent in English
