Job summary

Ant Colony Resources in Pasig is seeking a Python-focused data automation specialist to design and maintain data extraction and transformation workflows. You will work with diverse file formats (PDF, Excel, HTML, CSV) and implement rules to standardize outputs for downstream systems.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 years of Python development experience, familiarity with Azure-based automation, and collaboration with analysts to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in Python development, automation, or data processing.
• Experience working with financial data, reconciliation processes, or business workflow automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure services or similar cloud-based automation platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python solutions to extract, transform, and standardize data from raw files (PDF, Excel, HTML, etc.).
• Analyze payer-specific file structures and implement transformation logic to produce required output files.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and Azure Durable Functions to automate file retrieval, processing, and distribution.
• Modify and extend existing automation frameworks to support new payers, business rules, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement process improvements.

• Ability to implement business rules, lookups, calculations, and data validation logic.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, Azure Pipelines, and infrastructure deployment automation.
