Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the purchasing of goods and services needed for the company. The role involves working closely with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products while adhering to budget and company policies.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to deal with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and pricing data.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not required):
  • Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management (e.g., C.P.M., CPSM) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle complex procurement tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
