Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing/procurement in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing operations, supplier management, inventory control and cost management.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Purchasing systems.
• Willing to be based in Palawan.
• Open for local residents only.

The role will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality goods and services. Likewise, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and supporting the smooth operation of all the resort departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five (5) years of progressive working experience in the same or relevant role from the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing operations, procurement procedures, supplier management, inventory control, and cost management
