Job Title: Purchasing Director - Hotel

Job Summary:The Purchasing Director for the hotel will be responsible for managing the purchasing process of goods and services for the hotel. The individual in this role will work closely with various departments and vendors to ensure that goods and services are procured in a cost-effective and timely manner, while also maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies for the hotel
• Manage the procurement process for all goods and services, including negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the hotel receives the best possible prices and quality of goods and services
• Work closely with department heads to determine their purchasing needs and requirements
• Review and analyze purchasing data to identify cost savings opportunities
• Manage the purchasing budget and provide regular reports to senior management on purchasing activities and cost savings
• Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Ensure that all purchased items are delivered on time and in accordance with the hotel's quality standards
• Manage the hotel's inventory and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
