JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and manages the overall operations of the Finance Department.
• Supervises and ensures the accurate completion of complex accounting processes, including disbursements, balancing, reconciliations, and resolving financial discrepancies.
• Manages the implementation of the approved Operating Plan and Budget (OPB) through Program Review and Analysis (PRA), including budget adjustments and related financial matters.
• Directs the creation of financial reports, forecasts, and annual budget plans.
• Enforces financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective execution of finance-related activities.
