Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pump Attendant or in a customer service role preferred.
• Previous Pump Attendant or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with fuel purchases, including filling vehicles and checking tire pressure.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Operate gas pumps safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and prevent spills.
• Monitor fuel levels and alert management when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Keep the gas station premises clean and organized.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Inspect and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with inventory control of fuel and other products.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
