Job summary

Imagenet is seeking an experienced Provider Dispute Claims Processor in Makati for reviewing, researching, and resolving provider disputes in compliance with regulations and internal policies. Training is in-office with potential for remote work after successful completion; ideal candidates have Medi-Cal and commercial insurance claims knowledge.

The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare disputes experience, CPT/ICD-10 coding familiarity, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in provider dispute resolution within healthcare or health plans.
• Familiar with HIPAA and data privacy basics.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve provider disputes related to denied or underpaid claims.
• Review claims history and notes using EZCap.
• Interpret plan policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements (Medi‑Cal and commercial).
• Maintain high accuracy and meet turnaround times in adjudication.
