Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Sales/ Real Estate Selling.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.
• With a ready organization composed of 5 Sales Managers and 5 Direct Sellers per Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Finalization of all housing units and subdivision amenities such as clubhouses and swimming pools.
• Does architectural designs and conceptualization of vertical projects.
