Job Description

• Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient service and accurate on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
• Exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
• Implements sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting promotion offers.
• Knowledge and ability to consistently implement service standards and applicable processes in retail operations.
• Help in the attainment of sales and target of the branch, including hitting individual quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensure items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
• Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
• Perform other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company as directed by your superior.

Qualifications

• High school graduate/Vocational graduate/College level.
• With 1-2 years experience in sales and/or cashiering.
• Good working attitude, outgoing personality, and approachable character.
