Job summary

Powerserve Marketing and Promotions Corp. seeks a Sales Associate to drive daily sales, demonstrate products, and maintain attractive, well-stocked displays. The role reports to store leadership and involves engaging customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The candidate should be comfortable with daily customer interactions, product demonstrations, and reporting on performance metrics. On-site position based in Pampanga, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-store sales and product demonstrations.

• Capable of inventory checks and shelf maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Sales Generation: Actively approach customers, explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and utilize sales techniques to achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are well‑stocked, properly displayed, cleaned, and organized on shelves according to planograms.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, conduct physical inventory, and ensure no expired or damaged items are on display.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and handle basic customer concerns.
• Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities.
