Job summary

Big Smart Ventures is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our growing marketing and outreach efforts. You will engage with customers, promote our products, and help organize events while coordinating with the marketing team.

The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work across retail stores, events, and online platforms. Prior footwear exposure is a plus, with 0–2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years experience; footwear experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, marketing, branding, and sales skills.
